London: Salon Du Chocolat Show Part Two

I had been given a list from my family to buy Christmas presents but I actually didn’t end up buying anything. Most of the stalls at the event were from France so the chocolate was the finest chocolate you could find. eiffel-tower-chocolates-at-salon-du-chocolat-show-londonAll the chocolate was quite expensive but there were plenty of samples to try on each stall. The chocolates ranged from slabs of chocolate to gift boxes. I expected there to be more variety in the stalls and more novelty chocolate. chocolate-tools-at-salon-du-chocolatchocolate-stand-at-salon-du-chocolatchocolate-slabs-at-salon-du-chocolat-londonThere was only one brownie stall which was The Brownie Bar which I had bought from at the Cake and Bake Show last month. I thought there would have been more baked goods and low priced chocolates.chocolate-samples-salon-du-chocolat-showchocolate-gifts-at-salon-du-chocolat-londonprestat-salon-du-chocolat-londonbroken-chocolate-slabs-at-olympiaOne of the big names there was Hotel Chocolat which offered a pampering area for the public and a bath tub full of chocolate which I model sits in. I had tasted plenty of samples which were all quite rich so it did put me off of buying anything but I wish I had bought some brownies now as they are pretty good from The Brownie Bar.

I would defiantly go again to the event if it is held in London next year and hopefully it will be bigger and have more variety of chocolates.
